Greetings, Pi Alpha Brothers!
It is my great honor to greet you as we have arrived at this auspicious milestone in the history of Pi Alpha. 40 years of uninterrupted scholarship, service, and brotherhood have allowed Pi Alpha to become one of the preeminent chapters within all of Alpha Phi Alpha. As we gather in February to honor the legacy set forth by our trailblazing charter members, let us continue to look onward and upward as we continue to advocate and serve our communities. It is essential that we continue to foster relationships and create bonds across the many generations within our lineage so that our powerful brotherhood can continue to stand the test of time.
We are excited to welcome each of you back to Clemson for a weekend that will allow us to gather, reminisce and reconnect as only Pi Alpha Brothers can. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the hard work of our Reunion Co-Chairs, Brother Trevis Johnson (F’98) and Brother Jerkameon Smalls (F’06), who have ensured that this weekend will be one to remember. As we look forward to February 2023, let us continue to hold high the name of Alpha Phi Alpha in the most PRESTIGIOUS way.

The Pi Alpha National Alumni Coalition (PANAC) 40th Anniversary Reunion Committee and Clemson University Conference Center & Inn are excited to welcome you and your family back to Clemson for what we hope will be a weekend of re-engagement and reconnection.
Pi Alpha’s 40th Reunion Weekend will take place February 23-25, 2023 in Clemson, SC. Brothers voted and you selected the following as this reunion’s theme: "Transcending All: 40 Years of Pi Alpha". Thank you, Brother F. Carlos Hill (S’ 86), for the winning submission. Additionally, thank you, Bro. Damien Linnen (F’ 98), for designing the winning logo for the 40th reunion weekend.

Registration Information
Through December 12, 2022, the registration package for both brothers and guests is $210. You may pay this amount in full OR pay a $100 deposit (which secures the $210 weekend rate with the $110 balance due by February 1, 2023). From December 13, 2022 - February 1, 2023, the package goes up to $235. You may pay this amount in full OR pay a $125 deposit. After February 1st the Full registration fee goes up to $245 with no deposit available. (with the $110 balance due by February 15, 2023 at noon).

We have planned an itinerary that will foster brotherhood and hopefully allow attendees to reconnect with brothers from your respective eras, while also connecting with brothers of other eras.
The events listed below are covered in both the brother and guest reunion package registrations (The Commemorative Pi Alpha Box must be purchased separately) unless otherwise stated:

The Commemorative Pi Alpha Box is NOT included in the registration and MUST BE purchased separately by December 12, 2022. No orders will be taken after that time. You have the option to receive it on-site or have it shipped to your home.

The host hotel for the reunion will be the James F. Martin Inn located at 240 Madren Center Dr. in Clemson, SC. PANAC has received a block of rooms for reservation at discounted nightly rates. Each brother and/or guest will be responsible for reserving and paying for his own rooms. The discounted room rates are made available for booking from Thursday, February 23, 2023 – Sunday, February 26, 2023.
The available rooms and rates are as such:
Rooms within the block are guaranteed until Thursday, December 22, 2022. You may still reserve a room after this date at normal hotel rates based on availability. To make your reservation, you must do so by calling the hotel at 864-654-9020 and using the Reservation Code: CCI-GF24181. If you have any issues with reservations, please contact Bro.
