Photojournalist Cecil Williams to speak on Gantt Enrollment Oct. 25th

Clemson, South Carolina - On October 25, 2012 at 7:00 PM, Clemson University is sponsoring Cecil Williams to talk about his eyewitness account of Harvey Gantt's Enrollment at Clemson. The talk will be held at the Brackett Hall Auditorium with a reception to follow.

Mr. Williams is well-respected civil rights movement photojournalist, author and publisher who is best known for his photo journal of the incident at South Carolina State College in 1968, better unknown as the "Orangeburg Massacre". Mr. Williams is a long-time resident of Orangeburg, South Carolina.
