Reunion Theme is "Thirty years of Pi Alpha: A Legacy That Transcends"

August 18, 2012

Greetings Brothers,

We hope this note finds you and your family in good spirits! The time has come for Pi Alpha to celebrate another milestone in its wonderful history. This coming year will mark the 30th Anniversary of Pi Alpha's chartering on the campus of Clemson University. This achievement affords us the opportunity to reflect upon our remarkable past, celebrate our present, and embrace the future of our great chapter.

30th Anniversary Time and Place

We began initial planning for our anniversary weekend and are pleased to formally announce February 22-24, 2013 in Clemson, South Carolina as the time and place. The theme for the weekend will be "Thirty years of Pi Alpha: A Legacy That Transcends". It is our hope to have all brothers involved in the evolution of Pi Alpha to attend this commemorative weekend that promises to be a great time for fellowship as well as recognize alumni from 1981-1983.

Updated Contact Information

To ensure we have an updated database by which to contact brothers, please go to the following Clemson University Alumni Association website by September 1, 2012 to ensure your information is correct or to register as a new user: https://cualumni.clemson.edu/page.aspx?pid=323&tab=2. Be sure to go to the “Student Activities” tab and select “Alpha Phi Alpha”. If are having issues the with the website, please contact the CU Alumni Associations at (864) 656-2345.

Servant Leaders

In preparation for a stellar event, we are soliciting brothers to serve on the planning committee. An email account, panacreunion@gmail.com, was established for servant leaders to confirm their interest as well as brothers to submit any questions, concerns, or suggestions. Please forward to brothers that are not currently connected to the various alumni communication mediums and encourage them to attend this historic event.

We thank you for your commitment to making this weekend a success and ask for your presence as we celebrate Pi Alpha's legacy of SUPREME SERVICE, SUPERIOR SCHOLARSHIP, AND UNMATCHED BROTHERHOOD!

Fraternally,
